This PhD program integrates UN-related research and fulfills Civil Engineering Department requirements, with a focus on sustainability, climate resilience, and urban systems.
Program Requirements:
Research: Focus on UN challenges (e.g., climate adaptation, water resource management, disaster resilience).
Co-Mentor: UN-affiliated co-mentor required for research guidance.
Doctoral Committee: Must include a UNU-affiliated faculty member (Or a member of other UNU-Hub Institutes).
Internship: Complete an internship at a UN agency or related facility.

Remote Sensing for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
